UPS Ground Shipping to Canada

We are partnered with UPS and we are a non-resident importer into Canada so that we can give our Canadian customers a final cost for their orders, including customs fees, duties and taxes. This partnership allows Zbattery.com to charge our Canadian customers these fees so there are no surprises at the border.

Your shipping and tax charges include:
7% duties
5 % GST
PST (your Province's rate)
Brokerage fee* ($0 for up to $15 value, $7 for $15.01-$100 value, $10 for $100.01-$200 value, $13 for $200.01-$300 value, $16 for $300.01-$500 value, + $3 per $200 above $500)

The costs we charge are FINAL costs. You will not have any further charges to release your order at the border.

IMPORTANT! Please note: We are currently only shipping once a week (on Friday's) to Canada to keep our brokerage fees low. By combining shipments with UPS's WorldEase shipping option we are able to offer the low brokerage fees listed above. As our Canada volume increases we will add additional shipping days.

Shipments to Canada paid for by Paypal cannot be modified. Changing an order paid by Paypal may require a credit card payment or re-authorizing a Paypal payment.
