Zbattery.com has a policy of keeping your shipping costs low. We do this by charging actual UPS rates. Priority Mail rates are averaged to keep them as close as possible. (more...)

UPS Orders must be received by 3:00PM ET in order to ship the same day. USPS Priority Mail orders will be shipped the next business day.
To keep our prices low, we have $5 order miniumum. If your order is less than $5 you will need to call in your order and you will be charged the minimum of $5 plus shipping costs.
Orders returned to us due to a bad address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. If a returned order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
UPS delivery times are guaranteed by UPS. These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters, or weather. We are not responsible for UPS delays, but we will refund your shipping costs and place the claim for you when UPS's guarantee covers the delay.

The US Post Office does not guarantee their delivery times. The 2-3 day estimate they give for Priority Mail is only an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee. On average you should expect 3-5 business days, but that is not a guaranteed time. We cannot re-ship or place a claim on a Priority Mail package until it has been 2 weeks since your package has been shipped. Lithium batteries shipped via Priority Mail may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery because of air transportation restrictions.

Orders shipped US Mail are NOT Guaranteed! We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders. All US Mail Priority Mail orders over $25 must be insured.
Any short shipment claims must be reported within 1 week of receipt of shipment for resolution. Missing package claims must be reported within 4 weeks of your order date. We are not responsible for packages claimed delivered by the Post Office (via delivery confirmation) but not received by the customer.

 Canada Shipping
We currently ship on Friday's via UPS to Canada. This is to keep your brokerage fees low (using UPS's WorldEase shipping option). If you need your order delivered faster, please call to arrange special handling or Expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have an order minimum of $150 for International orders. All International orders MUST be insured. We are not responsible for any brokerage, duties or taxes your country may charge you before releasing your order.
We may require a wire transfer for International orders over $300. Wire transfer fees may apply.
If you would like to order for International shipping, please contact us here Please provide your billing and shipping address and what you'd like to order. We will send you a credit card charge authorization form for you to fill out and return or we will send you the details for the wire transfer if your order is over $300 USD.

We reserve the right to reject any International orders.
