Zbattery.com has a policy of keeping your shipping costs low. We do this by charging actual UPS rates. Priority Mail rates are averaged to keep them as close as possible.

UPS Orders must be received by 3:00PM ET in order to ship the same day. USPS Priority Mail orders will be shipped the next business day.
ORDER MINIMUM To keep our prices low, we have $5 order minimum for website orders.
Orders returned to us due to a bad address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. If a returned order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
UPS packages are in transit on business days only (Monday through Friday). For special UPS Saturday delivery, call Zbattery.com customer service for a quote on the additional fee. UPS delivery times are guaranteed by UPS. These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters, or weather. We are not responsible for UPS delays, but we will refund your shipping costs and place the claim for you when UPS's guarantee covers the delay.
The US Post Office does not guarantee their delivery times. The 3-5 day estimate they give for Priority Mail is only an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee. We are not responsible for packages claimed delivered by the Post Office (via delivery confirmation) but not received by the customer.
On average you should expect 3-5 business days, but that is not a guaranteed time. We cannot re-ship or place a claim on a Priority Mail package until it has been 30-days since your package has been shipped. Lithium batteries shipped via Priority Mail may take several weeks for delivery because of NTSB air transportation restrictions.
Orders shipped 1st class US Mail packages are NOT insured or guaranteed! We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
Any short shipment claims must be reported within 1 week of receipt of shipment for resolution. Missing package claims must be reported within 4 weeks of your order date.
CANADA SHIPPING Rates for Standard to Canada do not include charges for customs clearance.Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the receiver upon receipt.
The shipping charges and methods of shipment (usually either mail or courier) aren't the total of the costs you'll have to pay to get that package across the Canadian border. If goods are coming across the border, you will also have to consider, and be ready to pay, Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – Does not apply to Canada We have an order minimum of $150 for International orders. All International orders MUST be insured. We are not responsible for any brokerage, duties or taxes your country may charge you before releasing your order. We may require a wire transfer for International orders over $300. Wire transfer fees may apply. If you would like a quote please email us at sales@zbattery.com. Please provide your billing and shipping address and what you'd like to order. We will email your quote back to you. We will send you a credit card charge authorization form for you to fill out and return or we will send you the details for the wire transfer if your order is over $300 USD. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS Orders less than 150lbs are shipped via UPS International. Shipping cost does not include taxes, duties, customs or brokerage fees. These fees may be charged upon delivery to release the order and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment. If you decline to pay the taxes due upon delivery of your order, the package may be abandoned or destroyed. We regret that we cannot consider requests for refunds under these circumstances.
Orders 150lbs and over are shipped out via freight carrier. Shipping arrangements and all additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will schedule the pickup, send us the bill of lading, and provide any other paperwork as required by the carrier. |
