The US Post Office does not guarantee their delivery times. The 3-5 day estimate they give for Priority Mail is only an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee. We cannot re-ship or place a claim on a Priority Mail package until it has been 30 days since your package was shipped.
We can no longer ship lithium batteries to APO/FPO Military addresses or Internationally via USPS.
Verify that your shipping address is correct. If you have incorrectly entered your shipping address, you will incur all charges from the shipping company. The typical fee for shipping address corrections by UPS is $12.00 - $15.00.
All discontinued clearance item sales are final. Items are not eligible for return. Any defects and warranty issues are to be handled with the manufacturer.
